Room Rentals & Private Functions
Being able to utilize the club for a private function, or use a room for business purposes, at no additional cost is one of the advantages of being a member of the Cypress Club.
Members are not required to make a deposit but are still required to follow our 7 day cancellation policy.
Non-members can book a private function or room as well as long as the club can accommodate your request. All non-member functions will need to provide a credit card for a deposit. The deposit will be put towards your final bill.
Depending on your type of function the minimum charges for non-members are as follows:
ROOM RENTAL RATES (AV Equipment Included)
Poker Room Rental - 8 Persons - $50/Half Day (1-4 Hrs.) or $90/Full Day
Boardroom Rental - 12 Persons - $100/ Half Day (1-4 Hrs.) or $150/Full Day
Billiards Room Rental or Main Floor Rental - Up to 60 Persons - $300/Half Day (1-4 Hrs.) or $500/Full Day
Whole Club Rental - Up to 100 Persons - $750/Half Day (1-4 Hrs.) or $1200/Full Day
PRIVATE FUNCTIONS
Deposit requirements for non-members at the time of booking are as follows:
Up to 20 guests - $250 deposit
20-50 guests - $500 deposit
Whole Club - $750 deposit
Deposits will be charged the day your reservation is made to a valid credit card provided at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied towards the final bill. Deposits are refundable upon cancellation 7 days prior to your function date.
An 20% Service Charge applied to final bill on all functions.
Function Menus
The Board Room
The Board Room is a small private dining and meeting room seating up to twelve people located on the Main floor of the Club, just off of the front entrance. Finished with our treasured antique piano, this room is ideal for family dinners or small meetings.

The Poker Room
The Poker Room is the smallest of the Club's private rooms located on the Second level of the building at the top of the grand staircase. Perfect for an intimate dinner, confidential meeting or a friendly game of cards. Complete with an antique poker table under the dining surface and a wall of brands from the surrounding areas most historical ranches. If it is history you are looking for, this room is for you.

The Billiards Room
The Billiards Room is the largest of the three private dining/meeting rooms located on the second floor. It was originally the games room for the Club. This multipurpose room can be set up in many ways to accommodate any function you desire.
Capacity: up to 60

What a great way to enjoy a meeting. Fabulous meal in a great atmosphere. A nice change from the cookie cutter restaurants.

Chef Mike prepared an absolutely fabulous turkey dinner with all the fixings for our Thanksgiving this year. My wife and I were blown away with the quality of the meal and the generous portions. We will definitely make use of The Cypress Club again for our next holiday meal.
